Ages 6–19
Level 2 Tumbling
For athletes who have mastered Level 1 fundamentals and are ready to take their tumbling skills to the next level.
- Standing back handsprings and round-off back handsprings
- Multiple back handspring connections, front walkovers, and dive rolls
- Technique, power, execution, and safe skill progression
Ages 6–19
Level 3 Tumbling
Built for athletes who have mastered Level 2 and are ready for more advanced tumbling technique and dynamic combinations.
- Standing multiple back handsprings, aerials, punch fronts, and front handsprings
- Round-off back handspring back tucks and specialty passes
- Power, speed, body control, endurance, and consistency
Ages 6–19
Level 4 Tumbling
